- ABSTRACT Media information systems become the most profitable at this time, because the system can facilitate the performance of an agency or institution, that one application of an information system is an system development information.Commanditaire Vennontschap RGL EMBROIDERY Pacitan is an agency that does not have an information system facilities payment or financial management / recitation.The problems that exist in these institutions is how to make the study of payroll information system employees in Commanditaire Vennontschap RGL EMBROIDERY Pacitan to not use the manual system again.Target this research is to create a new system to make it more fleksibel. The benefits of this research are the authors can gain knowledge about creating a better system of teaching, and for its own institutions to expedite a transaction recitation. To support this research, methods of data collection is done by observation, interview or interview and literature study. So that the results of this research is to produce an application program that will be able to answer the difficulties often faced by the foundation so that employees can be much more efficient and effective.Keywords: information system, fingerprint, fingerprint employees ABSTRAK Sistem informasi menjadi media yang paling menguntungkan saat ini,karena sistem tersebut dapat mempermudah kinerja dari suatu instansi atau lembaga,yang salah satu penerapan suatu sistem informasinya adalah sistem informasi pengajian karyawan.Commanditaire Vennontschap RGL BORDIR Pacitan adalah suatu instansi yang belum memiliki fasilitas suatu sistem informasi pembayaran atau pengelolaan keuangan/pengajian.Adapun masalah yang ada di lembaga tersebut adalah bagaimana membuat pengembangan sistem informasi pengajian karyawan pada Commanditaire Vennontschap RGL BORDIR Pacitan agar tidak mengunakan sistem manual lagi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem baru supaya lebih fleksibel.Manfaat dari penelitian antara lain bagi penulis dapat memperoleh pengetahuan tentang pembuatan sistem pengajian yang lebih baik,dan bagi lembaga sendiri untuk mempercepat suatu transaksi pengajian. Guna menunjang penelitian ini, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara atau interview dan studi kepustakaan. Sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah program aplikasi yang nantinya dapat menjawab kesulitan yang seringkali dihadapi oleh pegawai yayasan sehingga bisa jauh lebih efisien dan efektif.Kata kunci : sistem informasi penggajian,penggajian karyawan
