- E-Learning was first introduced by the University of Illinois-Champaign at Urbana using computer-based instruction system (computer-assisted instruction) and a computer named PLATO. Since then, the e-Learning evolved in line with the development and advancement of ICT. Utilization of the development of e-learning based on time, divided into two types: synchronous and asynchronous. This research has been successful in establishing e-learning system with synchronous method approach. Platform used in e-learning system using Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle. Moodle LMS is usually used in e-learning system with asynchronous method. Application of synchronous e-learning system using net meeting. This research need Bandwidth required ranging from 128 kbps to 1.2mb. The result of the research can be seen with 128kbps bandwidth e-learning system with synchronous method can be used to optimally.Key words: synchronous, e-learning, Moodle
