  • The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of think pair share coopertive learning model to cognitive study result of students in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pagelaran. The method used to this research is true experimental design with kind of posttest only control group design. The collected data was processed using t-test with a result thitung = 2,42 > ttabel = 2,003.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif Think Pair Share terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Pagelaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah true experimental design dengan jenis posstest only control group design. Data yang telah terkumpul diolah menggunakan rumus uji-t diperoleh hasil thitung = 2,42 > ttabel = 2.003. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, model pembelajaran kooperatif, think pair share
