- The aim of the research was to know whether there is any significant influence and how much the level of significance influence of Somatic Visual Auditory Intellectual (SAVI) learning model against the interest of students in learning the history of class XI IPS SMAN 2 Metro Academic Year 2014/2015. The method used is an experimental method with quantitative data analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis, it was known that the t test value Ttabel> Thitung indicates that there is a significant influence. While the r value of 0.638 indicates the significance level of influence of Somatic Auditory Visual Intellectual (SAVI) learning model against the students' learning interest is strongTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan besar taraf signifikansi pengaruh model pembelajaran Somatis Auditori Visual Intelektual (SAVI) terhadap minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran sejarah kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Metro Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa hasil uji t nilai Ttabel>Thitung menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, sedangkan nilai r sebesar 0,638 menunjukkan taraf signifikansi pengaruh model pembelajaran Somatis Auditori Visual Intelektual (SAVI) terhadap minat belajar siswa adalah kuat.Kata kunci: minat belajar, model pembelajaran, savi
