- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas sajian konsep pembelajaran IPA melalui pendekatan CDT dan Kooperatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SLTP 32 Surabaya, subjek penelitian kelas III E, dengan siswa berjumlah 43 siswa. Mereka memiliki kecerdasan yang rata-rata, dan kemampuan IPA siswa berbeda-beda, sesuai data dari raport. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menerapkan penelitian kaji tindak. Hasil penelitian kaji tindak sebagai berikut. Siswa belajar IPA tidak tampak lesu lagi, berarti semangat dan motivasi siswa tumbuh secara signifikan dan daya serap siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA meningkat; dengan demikian pendekatan pembelajaran Component Display Theory (CDT) dan kooperatif berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam pembelajaran konsep IPA.The goal of this research is improving the quality of the presentation of the learning of natural science using cooperative and CDT approaches. The research was conducted at SLTP 32, Surabaya, the subject of which was III E class comprising 43 students. They according to the school report. This research is designed following the procedures of action research, the result of which is as follower: the students weal eager to learn Science subject and did not look tired. It means that the spirit and motivation to learns science subject grew significantly as well as thees ability to absorb the lesson. Therefore it can be conducted that CDT and cooperative learning approach significantly influences the learning of science concept.
