- This article explains about the meaning of certification for teachers. Moreover, Certification Program is dedicated to earn well educated and professional teachers. Certification is a procedure whereby the state evaluates and reviews a teacher candidate’s credentials and provides him or her a license to teach. Furthermore, Teacher Certification is encourage to improve and determine teacher’s ability in order to ensure his or her duty as an agent of learning and in order to achieve national education purpose. However, composition value can be divided into three parts. Firstly, actualization (self -sufficiency, learning, comprehended). Secondly, secure (due to work and its advantage, safety and integrity). Thirdly, the relationship of social contact, social role and social participant. In conclusion, the value of this performance is appropriate with certification based on competence.
