- Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the increase in the child's ability to recognize colors through the hand puppet play A group of children in TK Dharma Wanita Nogosari Pacet Mojokerto. The method used is classroom action research (PTK) diskripstif qualitative nature. Subjects in this study were a group of children in kindergarten Dharma Wanita Nogosari Pacet Mojokerto. Results of recent research shows that the percentage increase in the first cycle and second cycle each - each by 69% and 94.6%. Keywords: Getting to know the color, Playing hand Puppet Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak melalui bermain boneka tangan pada anak kelompok A di TK Dharma Wanita Nogosari Pacet Mojokerto. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bersifat diskripstif kualitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A di TK Dharma Wanita Nogosari Pacet Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persentase peningkatan pada siklus I dan siklus II masing – masing sebesar 69% dan 94,6% Kata Kunci: Mengenal warna, Bermain boneka tangan
