- Promote the role of women in education in the global era of gender perspective, intended to bring about equality and justice or a harmonious equal partnership between men and women in development. Because, in the development process as the fact that women still have a human resource differential treatment (discrimination). Especially, if the public sector women felt much inequality, although there are gender inequalities experienced by men. To realize a harmonious equal partnership between men and women, need to be supported by the behavior of mutual respect or mutual respect, mutual need, mutual trust, mutual caring and mutual understanding between men and women. Thus, there are no parties (male or female) who feel aggrieved and development will be more successful.Kata Kunci: gender, global, diskriminasi.
