- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Characteristics, and Skills the success of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Guitar Industry Center in Kembangan Village, Baki, Sukoharjo. This research is included in the type of associative research. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach, in the form questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents who were divided into craftsmen of Guitar Industry Center Kembangan Village. The data used in this study is primary data in the form the results of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression, and t test (partial test). The results of6the study using multiple linear regression there is an influence between entrepreneurial knowledge on business success. T test (partial test) entrepreneurial knowledge, characteristics, and skills have a significant effect on business success. Based on the results of coefficient determination test, the Adjusted R2 value obtained is 0.674 or 67.4% which indicates that the success the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of6the Guitar Industry Center in Kembangan Village is influenced by the variables entrepreneurial knowledge, characteristics, and skills, while the remaining 32.6% is explained by other variables.
- Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengetahuan, Karakteristik, dan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Sentra Industri Gitar di Desa Kembangan, Baki, Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian asosiatif. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, berupa kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden yang terbagi menjadi pengrajin Sentra Industri Gitar Desa Kembangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa hasil kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, dan uji t (uji parsial). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda terdapat pengaruh antara pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Uji t (uji parsial) pengetahuan, karakteristik, dan keterampilan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,674 atau 67,4% yang menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Sentra Industri Gitar di Desa Kembangan dipengaruhi oleh variabel pengetahuan, karakteristik, dan keterampilan kewirausahaan. , sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.
