- Madu Baru PT as one of the biggest sugar factory and has hay sludge as rawmaterial for poultry food. The purpose of the research is to identify feasibility, riskand problem from all aspect poultry food factory invesment with raw material hay assludge from sugar production.The research was conducted by using the observation and survey methods.The primary data consist of invesment cost year 2010 and the secondary data consistof data forecasting from year 2011-2020 from company. The basic method wasconducted by using analysis descriptive, purposive sample method. The researchapplied with Average Rate of Return, Payback period, Net Presen Value, ProfitabilityIndex, Internal Rate of Return method, and Net Present Value Sensitivity method. Theresult of the research indicates that poultry food from hay factory invesment feasibleto apply according marketing, production, management, social, competitor andfinancial aspect. The result of risk analysis indicates that this invesment has notsensitive or low risk. Result of invesment proposal judment can be Payback periode,it is faster than economical age, Net Present Value > 0 (positive), Benefit Cost Ratio> 1 and Internal Rate of Return > cost of capital. The research suggested that localmarketing is important beside export marketing, Madu Baru PT invites operator totrain labor factory and use sludge from poultry food production as a ferilizer.Key words : Invesment Analysis, Marketing Prospect, Aptness.
