  • Abstract The provision of compensation and assessment of the level of consumer satisfaction has an impact on the drivers regarding their performance. In this case, it can be an evaluation if there are deficiencies or targets to be achieved by the motorbike-go-jek driver partners in the Bantul Go-Jek Family Association (KGB). This research includes a quantitative approach. The research subjects were Mitra Driver Gojek Bantul with a total of 600 drivers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. As well as the analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that: (1) there is a significant effect between compensation on the performance of gojek driver partners, the t-count value is 3.257>1.986 t table with a Sig value of 0.02>0.05 and a B value of 0.380. (2) there is no significant effect between job satisfaction on the performance of gojek driver partners, the t-count value is 1.5400.05 and B value is 0.159. (3) there is a simultaneous influence between compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of gojek driver partners. Through the F test, the Sig value is 0.000 3.09 F table. And the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained a value of 23.9% and the difference of 76.1% is influenced by other variables outside that are not examined.
