- Abstract This research aims to identify whether the non-phiscal work environment influence of employees’ performances. The type of this research is case study. This research was conducted to the employees of Directorate of Sanjaya Yogyakarta School located in JL. Kaliurang Km.23, Banteng RT.01/RW.07, Hargobinangun, Pakem, Sleman, Yogyakarta as many as 21 employees. The data gathering techniques conducted in this research were observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The variables investigated were relationship between employees (X1), subordinate relationship with superiors (X2) and employees’ performances (Y). The data analysis techniques used were double linear regression,T test and F test. Based on data analysis conducted, this research get result that partially each variable influence to employee performance. Similarly, simultaneously the relationship between employees and subordinate relationships with superiors (non-physical work environment) affect the performance of employees. The multiple linear regression test (R2) gets the value of R2 = 0.562. This value explains that the non-physical work environment can explain the effect on the variation on the employee performance variable of 56.2%. While the rest that is equal to 43.8% explained by the variables other than non physical work environment.
