- Abstract The performance of the accounting information system is sometimes not maximal, so the performance of the information system does not provide satisfaction for its users. Good bad performance of an accounting information system can be seen from the user satisfaction of accounting information system itself. This study aims to show the effect of user involvement, capability, management support, as well as education and training on the performance of accounting information systems at BPR Syari'ah Bangun Drajat Warga.Method used to collect data in this study is by using questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques use validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using T test, F test and coefficient of determination. From the results of the study found that the variable of user involvement and personal capability have significant and significant effect on accounting information system performance and support top management variable and education and training have no significant and significant effect on accounting information system performance.
