- This study was a retrospective study using a descriptive design on the treatment of typhoid fever involving 182 children at Fatmawati Hospital Jakarta. Chloramphenicol was still the drug of choice againts Salmolella typhi. It was also shown that ceftriaxone was an alternative drug used rather frequently for typhoid fever in children.
