- ABSTRACT In teaching - learning process of higher education , the student are trained to think critically ,analytically and skeptically. In facts ,this thinking methodology is appropriately applied in understanding .The main characteristic of entrepreneurship .They are creative – innovative ,ability to created vacancy ,and to take risk .The ability to think analytically and critically leads the students to change the entrepreneurship mindset easily . Besides the ability to think ,the master of technology basically is a potentiality the students to improve their mind and understand the characteristic of entrepreneurship . In addition to that ,it will become chance for the students to deal with entrepreneurship .With the ability to think critically and the mastery of information ,communication and technology ,it makes Easter for the students to get and create the chance . It is based on classical economic theory the formula to create chance is M-K-P ,that is international trade theory Js.Meil and macro economic theory ;J13 say .Although there is chance ,without effort or creating this.
