- The God Creates the world with very perfect hydrology cycle, sufficient water in the form of vapor, liquid and solid material. The growth of populations is very high in the developing country the makes the need of cloth, food and shelter increase it decreases the world vegetation. It causes the water absorbed in the earth decreases. It will make the surface of ground water fall so that the drought happens. Besides that, the water that is gathered in the lowland causes flood. The development of industries contributes carbon dioxide that makes the temperature of earth increase. It causes the 16- mountain melted in the pole area therefore the surface of sea water increases. It causes flood. The purpose of rehabilitation of land in Indonesian by adding .
