- Signature classification problem could emerge hard problem if number of data that is used is growing rapidly. The task to teach the system to classify each signature and its identity pair is a boring and sometimes takes bigger both effort and time. Clustering algorithms can help the administrator to avoid this task. Using some features that were determined before, the system will create a number of cluster that associates with the number of identity in signature data. Using signature area and signature height to width ratio as the feature and fuzzy c-means as the clustering method, this paper propose a system to verify signature. The accuracy of this system is quite good enough, 71%.This paper is published in Prosiding SNTI 2008 Volume 5 No. 1 Tahun 2008, ISSN : 1829 - 9156
