- This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of computer anxiety in using accounting software towards end usersskill (2) analyze the effect of computer anxiety in using accounting software towards end users skill by usinginternal locus of control as moderating variable.The population of the study was all students of the faculty of economics majoring in accounting at the UNISRISurakarta. This study uses 46 students as sample who met the purposive criteria such as students who aretaking computer accounting course on odd semester at the academic year 2015/2016. Hypothesis was testedusing regression analysis with absolute residual. The results shows that (1) computer anxiety in usingaccounting software has negative affect towards end users skill (students of accounting program in facultyof economics UNISRI Surakarta). (2) internal locus of control moderates the effect of computer anxiety inusing accounting software towards end user skill ( students of accounting program in faculty of economicsUNISRI Surakarta).
