- Generally the technical condition of the road superface before the increased of road Palolo-Napu Segment, made people difficult to access needs on thinks and services. In addition, the harvest distribution became hampered and disturbed. Moreover, the infrastructure for rice production such as vertilizer and medicines were thifficult to get and expensive.The main problem and the research objectives were to know the average income of the cabbage farmers and to analyze their income difference before and after the increased of road Palolo-Napu Segment. The research sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique and there were 21st cabbage farmers at Bumi Banyusari Village as the research sample. Then to discuss the research problem and to examine the research hypothesis, the researcher used an income analysis model and realated sample t-test.From the analysis results, it showed that the vegetable farmers’ income at Bumi Banyusari Village before the increased of road Palolo-Napu Segment was average Rp. 1.952.190,32 and after the increased of road Palolo-Napu Segment was average Rp. 4.047.532,94. Furthermore, the t-test analysis showed that there was difference of the cabbage farmers’income before and after the increased of road Palolo-Napu Segment, the nul hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted
