- Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji pola kaderisasi kepemimpinan khususnya pada DPC PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menyelidiki secara cermat sistem kaderisasi kepemimpinan, cara kerja dan pelaksanaan kaderisasi kepemimpinan di DPC PDI Perjuangan Kab. Nganjuk. Serta faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat Pola Kaderisasi Kepemimpinan Partai Politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola kaderisasi kepemimpinan partai politik terdiri dari proses rekruitmen, seleksi kader, dan pendidikan kader di DPC PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Nganjuk di atur dalam Anggaran Rumah Tangga Partai Ketetapan Kongres III PDI Perjuangan No.09/TAP/KONGRES III/PDI-P/2010 BAB I mengungkap penetapan calon anggota dan anggota yang dilaksanakan oleh DPC PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Nganjuk dilakukan dengan mekanisme musyawarah mufakat. Adapun faktor pendukung adalah kekompakan dan pemahaman yang sama terhadap ideologi Pancasila, sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah: sebagian anggota yang tidak memahami ideologi pancasila sebagai tugas partai. Kata kunci : Partai Politik, Kaderisasi Kepemimpinan, PDI Perjuangan Abstract This study examines patterns of regeneration particulary in the branch executive council of Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Party district of Nganjuk. This study was used a paradigm qualitative with case study, because the study was aimed to investigate carefully the leadership cadre system, the way of workings and implementation of the leadership cadre in branch executive council of Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan party districts of Nganjuk. As well as enabling and inhibiting factors of leadership cadre pattern of political party. The result showed that the pattern of leadership cadres of political party is consists for recruitment process, the selection of cadres, and education for cadres in the branch executive council of Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Party is set on The Articles Of Association Bylaws party Kongres III provision of Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan party No.09/TAP/KONGRES III/PDI-P/2010 The Articles Of Association Bylaws revealed the determination about prospective members and members conducted by the branch executive council of Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Party district of Nganjuk do with the mechanism of deliberation. As for the supporting factor is unity and common understanding of the ideology of Pancasila, while inhibiting factors are some members who do not understanding the ideology of Pancasila as the task of the party.
