- Abstract: The study was conducted at the workshop heavy equipment in manufacturing company of paper. The workshop was not yet fully implemented the quality management system ISO 9001:2008. The result of initial gap analysis showed that the workshop implemented only 12.5% of requirements of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008. This research aims to design quality management system with make quality documents for the Audit, according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. The increase is 75% after the quality management system document was designed.
