- Design of Information System for Monitoring and Evaluation on PSDA and ESDM of Semarang City is needed to replace the old system which still use the manual process of monitoring and evaluation of results of activities have been carried out. The system development stage, in making of information systems uses the stages of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). It is expected that in developing this information system will improve the quality and controls for monitoring and evaluation, and help each SKPD especially the PSDA and ESDM in presenting the report quickly and accurately to the Government of Semarang
