- The purpose of this research is to design information and reservation system using web basic at Hotel Mahkota Timor Leste. More over regarding purposes of the research there are make online reservation procedure easier, to promote hotel Mahkota and to increase visitors. The result of this research, design information and reservation system with web basic using PHP and MySQL. The design of this system providing web page consist of main page/ home, reservation page, information page/ booking and cancel booking, feedback page, contact us page, galery page and administrator page. This system help visitors to booking via online. To maximise this system and increase service to customers, we have to improve man power as operator of this system. Improving the capapility of operator can be done by arrange training, comparative studies and backing up the data. This system can be improve more over by using another programe for example JSP (Java Server Page).
