- Most people think that garbage is dirty and it must be burnt or throw out. This view must be revised for rubbish still has the value if we can manage well. Todays our government has found difficulties to find garbage many flies which sposal because most people do not want their place not only area to be used for garbage disposal because vit will be bad small but also there are many flies which can cause deases. In order to help our government to over come the case, peopleneed to manage garbage activity.It is needed investment to manage house hold garbage around Rp. 17.955.600,- with economical age for 3 years. For the first 3 economical years is Rp. 48.030.000,- and the second and the third ones are Rp. 50.280.000,- where as the first operation cost is Rp. 37.050.000,- and the second and the thisd ones are Rp. 44.100.000,-From the result of the data analysis using Net Present Value method on the interest level 12 % per year, it is otained the positive result Rp. 1.046.900,- and by using Internal Rate Of Return is 17,4 % more than discount rate, and by using Profitability Index method is 1,05 or more than 1.
