- Interest in performance measurement and management has rocketed during the last few years. Many frameworks have been applied to help deal with the problem of deciding what performance measures to select for use within organizations. This paper illustrates the practical implementation of performance prism measurement framework in a zoological park. Based on its comprehensive stakeholder orientation, this framework encourages the manager to meet and consider the needs of all the zoological park’s stakeholders, as well as the associated strategies, processes, and capabilities. The result shows that the most important performance indicators for each stakeholder are the animal health (visitors), the available area for selling goods (merchants), the number of trainings about promotion (government), and the number of automated facilities (employees).
