- The problems of public service that often occur in several offices in West Sumatera one of them in the Office of Spatial Planning of Housing Housing Management (DTRTBP) is the lack of information about the procedures and requirements of the building permit (IMB) in Padang City. To solve this problem using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can help the community in handling and providing building permitting information in Padang City. This research is also a business solution for DTRTBP Padang City because it can assist decision making in building permit in Padang City.
