- AbstractSijunjung District Health Department is service center of Sijunjung District region. To ensure maximum result of implementation of the work program, the best service for goverment employees need to be applied. There are several vital services, they are Kenaikan Gaji Berkala (KGB) Management, Daftar Urut Kepangkatan (DUK) and PNS Bezetting. The management was using Microsoft Excel, it causes tardiness of SK KGB publishing, make it difficult to know wich PNS who will get KGB and causes problems in sorting PNS data for DUK. Based on the above facts, then an application was build. A periodic salary increases data management, grade list and PNS bezetting information system. Outcome of this research helped Sijunjung District Health Department to publish SK KGB PNS, to know wich PNS who will get KGB and easy on sorting PNS data while making DUK.Keywords: Periodic salary increases, DUK and Bezetting
