- Several methods for calculating the productivity on middle-housing estates such as conventional Burgelijke Openbare Werken (BOW) 1921, its modifications and Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 2001 have been irrelevant to the current labours productivity, since their estimations are lower than those happen on the field. As a consequence, those methods are under estimate to the performance of housing estate labours in East Java based on eight internal factors for 21 types of labours’ jobs. The research methodology used was field observation and interview. Data collected were processed using statistical methods. The results show that there are some disagreements among the real productivities and thos calculated based on the BOW and SNI 2001 standards.
