PENERAPAN MODEL PENGAJARAN LANGSUNG PADA KOMPETENSI DASAR MELAKUKAN PENGERITINGAN RAMBUT DESAIN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DI KELAS XI SMK NEGERI 4 MADIUN

- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) keterlaksanaan sintaks pengelolaan pengajaran langsung selama proses belajar mengajar dalam kompetensi melakukan pengeritingan desain, 2) aktivitas siswa 3) hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pengajaran langsung pada kompetensi dasar melakukan pengeritingan rambut desain . Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Classroom Action Research atau Penelitian Tindakan Kelas menggunakan 2 siklus. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Tata Kecantikan Rambut SMK 4 Madiun sejumlah 28 siswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi dan tes untuk hasil belajar dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Siklus I dari hasil observasi keterlaksanaan sintaks pengelolaan pengajaran langsung dengan kegiatan pendahuluan sebesar 3.1, kegiatan inti sebesar 3.4, penutup sebesar 3, penggunaan media dan pengelolaan waktu sebesar 3.3, suasana kelas sebesar 3.2 dikategorikan baik. Aktivitas siswa memperhatikan penjelasan guru sebesar 90%, menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan guru secara lisan sebesar 83%, mengecek hasil gulungan rambut sebesar 86%, melakukan penggulungan rambut sebesar 75%. Hasil belajar siswa secara individual yang memperoleh nilai ≥ 75 sebanyak 21 siswa (75%), sedangkan 7 siswa (25%) mendapat nilai ≤ 75. Hasil belajar secara klasikal bahwa 75% siswa dinyatakan Tidak Tuntas. Siklus II dari hasil observasi keterlaksanaan sintaks pengelolaan pembelajaran langsung dengan kegiatan pendahuluan sebesar 3.3, kegiatan inti sebesar 3.5, penutup sebesar 3.1, penggunaan media dan pengelolaan waktu sebesar 3.5, suasana kelas sebesar 3.6 di kategorikan sangat baik. Aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan 100%. Hasil belajar siswa secara induvidual meningkat 100%. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan siklus I dan siklus II pada keterlaksanaan sintaks pengelolaan pengajaran langsung dengan kriteria baik, aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu dari 75%, 83%, 86%, 90%, menjadi 100%. Abstract This research purposed to: 1) knowing the realization of direct instruction syntax management along teaching and learning process in competence of conducting designed perming, 2) students activities, 3) students achievement the implementation of direct instruction model on basic competence of conducting designed perming. Type of this research was Classroom Action Research with 2 cycles. The subject of this research was grader XI of hair styling classroom in SMK 4 Madiun as much 28 students. Data collecting method conducted with observation and test method for the study achievement outcomes as well as a descriptive analysis. The result of research shows that: at cycle I the realization of direct instruction syntax management with introduction activity was 3.1, main activity was 3.4, closing activity was 3.0, media application and time management was 3.3, classroom condition was 3.2 categorized good. Student activities for pay attention to the teachers explanation was 90%, answer the question teacher orally was 83%, checking the rolling hair result was 86%, conducting hair rolling was 75%. Learning achievement individually which having score > 75 were 21 students (75%), while 7 students (25%) having score < 75. Classically learning achievement revealed 75% students were not completed. At cycle II the realization of direct instruction syntax management with introduction activity was 3.3, main activity was 3.5, closing activity was 3.1, media application and time management was 3.5, classroom condition was 3.6 categorized excellent. Student activities have improved 100%. Learning achievement individually improved 100%. It can be concluded that an increase in for cycle I to cycle II in direct instruction syntax teaching management with good criteria, the student activity increased from 75%, 83%, 86%, 90%, to be 100%.
