  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan permainan edukatif terhadap minat belajar anak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain non equivalent control group. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah masing-masing 15 anak di setiap kelompok. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat dan uji t yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 17 for Windows. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut ini. Pertama, ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol terhadap minat belajar anak (t hitung =5,498 > t tabel (0,05;28)=2,048). Kedua, ada perbedaan minat belajar anak pada kelompok eksperimen antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan berupa permainan edukatif (t hitung=5,670 > t tabel (0,05;14)=2,145). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan edukatif efektif dalam peningkatan minat belajar anak.Kata Kunci : permainan edukatif, minat belajar, pendidikan anak usia diniThis research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of educative games to children's interest in learning. The kind of the research is a quasi-experimental with non-equivalent control group design. The sample in this research amounted to respectively 15 children in each group. Data were collected by using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the prerequisite test and t test were processed using SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of this research are as follows. First, there are significant differences between the experimental and control groups on children's interest in learning (t = 5,498> t table (0.05; 28) = 2.048). Second, there are differences in children's interest in learning in the experimental group between before and after treatment in form of educative games (t = 5.670> t table (0.05; 14) = 2.145). It can be concluded that educational games are effective in improving children's interest in learning.Keywords: educative games, interest in learning, early childhood education
