- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan sticker reward terhadap perilaku asertif pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif quasi eksperimen dengan tipe nonequivalent control group design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Cemara Dua Surakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dalam bentuk checklist untuk mengukur perilaku asertif padaanak. Analisis data menggunakanindependent sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS 15 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaansticker reward terhadap perilaku asertif pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Sticker reward memberikan pengaruh 51,4% terhadap perilaku asertif pada anak.Kata Kunci: sticker reward, perilaku asertif,pendidikan anak usia dini.ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine the influence of using a sticker reward on the assertive behavior in children aged 5-6 years. This research is a quantitative research quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design type. The samples used in this study were 50 children aged 5-6 years in the Cemara Dua Kindergarten Surakarta. The methods of collecting the data is throughobservation in the checklist form to measure the child’s assertive behavior. An analysis data is using the independent sample t-test with SPSS 15 for windows. The result of the research showed there is the influence of the use of sticker reward on the assertive behavior in children aged 5-6 years. The influence of sticker reward on the assertive behavior in children was 51,4%Keywords: read aloud method, listening skill, early childhood education.
