  • Abstract: The Use of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Model Using Concrete Media in Improving Students’ Creativity and Learning Outcomes about Relief for the Fourth Grade Students SD Negeri 2 Sidomoro Academic Year 2015/2016. The objectives of this research is to improve students’ creativity and learning outcomes at the fourth grade students. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles. Subjects of the research were 15 students of the fourth grade of SD Negeri 2 Sidomoro. Each cycle consisted of two meetings including planning, action, observation, and reflection. Techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation. Validity of data in this research was analyzed using triangulation of sources and triangulation of technique. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research showed that the application of CTL model using concrete objects can improve students’ creativity and learning outcomes about relief for the fourth grade students. Keywords: CTL model, concrete objects, students’ creativity, learning outcomes Abstrak: Penerapan Model Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) dengan Media Konkret dalam Peningkatan Kreativitas dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Materi Relief Kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Sidomoro Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa materi relief kelas IV SD. Penelitian ini penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Sidomoro sejumlah 15 siswa. Setiap siklus dua kali pertemuan dengan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan model CTL dengan media konkret dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa materi relief kelas IV SD.
