- ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus melalui kegiatan menjahit pada anak kelas B TK Ngembak 1 Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Grobogan Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B TK Ngembak 1 Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Grobogan yang berjumlah 30 anak. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan unjuk kerja. Validitas data menggunakan Triangulasi Sumber dan Triangulasi Teknik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif yang meliputi empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan, reduksi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan menjahit dapat meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus anak kelompok B TK Ngembak 1 Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Grobogan Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Tingkat keterampilan motorik halus anak masih rendah terbukti dari aktivitas anak pada pembelajaran motorik halus perlu dibimbing guru. Pada prasiklus terdapat 6 anak yang mencapai kriteria tuntas yaitu sebesar 20 %. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus 1 sebesar 40 % atau 12 anak telah mencapai kriteria tuntas. Dilanjutkan ke siklus II terdapat peningakatan yaitu 24 anak mencapai kriteria tuntas (80%).Kata kunci : menjahit, keterampilan motorik halusABSTRACTThe objective of the research is to improve fine motor skill through sewing activity at group B children of Ngembak 1 Kindergarden of Purwodadi subdistrict Grobogan regency in period 2013/2014. The research represented the classroom action research. The research was implemented in two cycles, which composed by planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were 30 hildren in group B of Ngembak 1 Kindergarden Purwodadi subdistrict Grobogan regency in period 2013/2014. The data resources were from teacher and children. The data of the research were gathered by documentation, observation, in-depth interview, and performance test. Validity of data used data triangulation and technique triangulation. The analysis of data technique used the interactive analysis technique that consisted of four steps which were data gathering, data presenting, taking conclusion, and data reducing. The result of the research shows that sewing activity can improve the fine motor skill at children of Ngembak 1 Kindergarden Purwodadi subdistrict Grobogan regency in period 2013/2014 from pre-cycles to the first cycles and from the first cycles to the second cycles. Fine motor skill of the children is still low. It is proved by the children activity in learning process of fine motor are still always guided by teacher. At precycles, there are 6 children raising complete criteria as big as 20 %. The improvement occurred in the cycle I at 40% or 12 children raise complete value. It is continued to cycle II, there are enhancements to the 24 children achieving complete criteria (80%). Keyword: sewing, fine motor skill
