- Abstract: The Application of SAVI Approach with Flashcard in Improving Mathematic Learning about Fraction at The Fourth Grade Students of SDN 1 Tamanwinangun. This research to describe the application of SAVI approach with flashcard, to describe improving Mathematics learning about fraction by using SAVI approach with flashcard, and to describe obstacles and solutions on the application of SAVI approach with flashcard. This research was Collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) with procedure are planning, action, observing, and reflecting. Data collected from observation, interview, and test. The result showed there was improving Mathematics learning about fraction after did with SAVI approach with flashcard. Keywords: SAVI, Flashcard, Mathematics Abstrak: Penerapan Pendekatan SAVI dengan Media Flashcard dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran Matematika tentang Pecahan pada Siswa Kelas IV SDN 1 Tamanwinangun Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan langkah penerapan pendekatan SAVI dengan media flashcard, meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika tentang pecahan, dan mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi penerapan pendekatan SAVI dengan media flashcard. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif, tahapannya perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pembelajaran matematika tentang pecahan menggunakan pendekatan SAVI dengan media flashcard. Kata Kunci: SAVI, Flashcard, Matematika
