Karenaduniausahadanduniaindustrymembutuhkankeberagamankompetensipenyediaan produk yang mampumemenuhikebutuhankehidupanmasyarakat yang sifatnyamempermudahmempercepatmemberkenyamanandanefektifsertaefisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran unit produksi pada hasil belajar siswa terutama pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasaranan kelas XI. Penelitianinimengunakanpendekatankuantitatifdengan metodeanalisiskorelasibivariat yang diambildari nilai kinerja dan hasil belajar. Subjekpenelitianadalah siswa-siswikelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali JurusanAdministrasiPerkantoran sejumlah 62 siswa. Hasil analisis diketahui Signifikansi (0,000< 0,05), artinya bahwa ada hubungan secara signifikan antara Nilai kinerja siswa di Unit Produksi denganhasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasaranan. Karena koefisien korelasi nilainya positif, maka berarti kecerdasan berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Jika dilihat dari koefisien korelasi antara Kinerja dengan Nilai adalah sebesar 0,802 menunjukan korelasi yang kuat.Jadi dalam kasus ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Nilai kinerja siswa di Unit Produksi berhubungan positif denganhasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasaranan Kata Kunci:Hardskill, HasilBelajar, Peralatan Kantor ABSTRAK The development of science and technology makes the flow of information and very broad global economic havevery big impact on the demands of the labor market, increasingly more competencies required for the candidates. That’s is why , the business world and the industry require different competencies in providing products that meet the needs of people's lives thatare accelerating , providing and facilitating comfort, effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the production unit on student learning outcomes, especially on the subjects of “Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana” (Facilities and infrastructureAdministration) grade XI. This study used a quantitative approach that was taken through bivariate correlation analysis which is taken from the value of performance and learning outcomes. The subjects were 62 students of class XI SMK 1 Boyolali of AdministrativeProgram .The results of analysis was significant that was (0.000 <0.05), meaning that there was a significant relationship between the students’ performance values and the Production Unit with the students’ learning outcomes in the subjects of “Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana”(Facilities and InfrastructureAdministration). Because the correlation coefficient is positive, it means that intelligence positively and significantly related to the result of learning. When viewed from the coefficient of correlation between the performance and the value, it is equal to 0.802 that indicates a strong correlation. So in this case, it can be concluded that the value of students’ performance in the Unit Production was positively related to students’ learning outcomes in subjects of “Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana”( Facilities and InfrastructureAdministration)
