Kata kunci: DM tipe 2, senam kaki diabetik, sensitivitas kaki   ABSTRACT Patients with type 2 diabetes are more likely at risk of foot ulcers due to the declining of nerve sensitivity. This study aimed to determine the effect of diabetic foot exercise toward foot sensitivity of patients with type 2 DM in the Royal Diabetes Clinic BROS Denpasar. This research was a Quasi-experimental with Nonequivalent control group design. Samples were taken in purposive sampling that was about 26 people (13 interventions group and 13 control group). The assessment instruments used foot protective sensation scores that were measured by using a homemade 10-g monofilament. The diabetic foot exercisewas done every day for two weeks. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney U test with the significance level of ??0, 05. The results of data analysis showed a better foot sensitivity in patients with type 2 DM who were given the diabetic foot exercise with p value=0.000.
