- Kepulauan Seribu is the new district in DKI Jakarta Province; therefore, it is necessary to collect baseline data regarding the clean and healthy behavior of the community, which can be used for developing the program of health education. In 2005, it had been done a survey in Pramuka and Panggang Islands; hopefully, the survey result can represent the clean and healthy behavior of the Kepulauan Seribu's community. The survey was a fast survey, with the sample size of 210 households. Survey respondent was the head ofhousehold, and data was collected by performing interview using questionnaire. Data collected including identity of the family, clean and healthy behavior at the family covering: smoking behavior, breakfast, handwashing, brushing tooth and sport activity. The result of the survey showed that the majority of the respondent did smoking, only 33.1% out of respondent did not smoking, as much as 48.5% out of respondent not always brushing tooth, and 57.7% respondent did sport activities. Then, as much as 82.8% respondent did washing hand before and after eating, and 91.4% out of them did have routine breakfast. Keywords: Clean and Healthy Behavior, Environment Sanitation
