- Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik khususnya tema indahnya negeriku. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa disebabkan karena model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru kurang dan rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya solusi untuk mengatasi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournament). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru dan mengetahui hasil belajar penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournament). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari 3 siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar siswa, observasi aktivitas guru dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka aktivitas guru pada siklus I mencapai skor 96,25%, siklus II mencapai skor 96,87% dan siklus III mencapai skor 96,87%. Dan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai skor 69,23%, siklus II mencapai skor 83,33% dan siklus III mencapai skor 100%. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi siklus I, II dan III dapat teratasi dengan baik sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Low yields due to student learning model applied by teachers not appropriate and low activity in the following study of student learning. Hence the need for a solution to overcome the low student learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model TGT (Teams Games Tournament). The purpose of this study was to describe the activities of teachers and students as well as know the learning outcomes of the application of cooperative learning of TGT (Teams Games Tournament). This research uses research methods class action consisting of three cycles. Data collection techniques using test results of student learning, teacher and student activity observation and interviews. Of the results of research conducted then the activity of teachers in the first cycle reaches a score of 96,25%, the second cycle reaches a score of 96,87% and third cycle reaches a score of 96,87%. Activity of students in the first cycle reaches a score of 92,5%, the second cycle reaches a score of 89,16% and third cycle reaches a score of 96,66%. And student learning outcomes in the first cycle reaches a score of 69,23%, the second cycle reaches a score of 83,33% and third cycle reaches a score of 100%. The constrains faced by the cycle I, II dan III can be resolved properly so that it can be concluded that the TGT cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes.
