PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN IPS DI SEKOLAH DASAR

- Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan atas dasar hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Sumberarum II Bojonegoro pada mata pelajaran IPS masih rendah. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas guru, peningkatan aktivitas siswa, dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan tes. Lembar observasi untuk mengamati aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa, sedangkan lembar tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis data menunjukkan aktivitas guru pada siklus I mencapai 75%, siklus II 87,5%, dan siklus III mencapai 94,6%. Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I 72,5%, siklus II 83,3%, dan siklus III mencapai 91,7%. Untuk peningkatan hasil belajar siswa siklus I mencapai 54,17%, siklus II 75%, dan siklus III mencapai 91,67%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPS kelas V SDN Sumberarum II Bojonegoro. Abstract This research is conducted based on the lowlearning result of five grade students in SDN Sumberarum II Bojonegoro in social subject.It is caused by the learning activities which uses teacher-centred approach.The aims of this research are to describe the improvement of teacher’s activities, students’ activities and students’ learning results by using Jigsaw cooperative learning model.Classroom action research is used as the method in this research by using technique analysis and descriptive qualitative.The data are collected through observation and test. Observation sheet is used to observe the teacher and students’ activities while the test is used to know the students’ learning result. From the result analysis, it is known that the teacher’s activity in the first cycle reaches 75%, cycle two 87.5% and cycle three 94.6%. The students’ activities in cycle one is 72.5%, cycle two is 83.3% and cycle three is 91.7%. For the students’ learning result in cycle one reaches 54.17%, cycle two 75% and cycle three 91.67%. Through the data, it can be concluded that the implementation of Jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve five grade students’ learning result in social subject in SDN Sumberarum II Bojonegoro.
