- Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji strategi Genius Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa melalui pengujian kompetensi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap mata pelajaran IPA pada tema ekosistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksperimen semu, dengan desain Pretes Postes Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri II Lidah Wetan Surabaya Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015, dengan sampel kelas V A sebagai kelas kontrol dan V B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Sample diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk mengetahui hasilkompetensi pengetahuan dan observasi untuk mengetahui hasil kompetensi keterampilan dan sikap. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai z kompetensi pengetahuan sebesar 4,212, nilai z kompetensi keterampilan sebesar 6,932, dan nilai z kompetensi sikap sebesar 5,850 yang lebih besar daripada nilai kritis z (1,645). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol. Kata Kunci: strategi Genius Learning, hasil belajar, IPA. Abstract This study aims to test Genius Learning Strategy on student’s learning result through cognitive, psychomotor, and affective on ecosystem theme of science subjects. This study uses a quantitative approach, quasi experimental, pretest postes control group design. The population of this research is student grade 5 in the SDN Lidah Wetan Surabaya years of lessons 2014/2015, with 5 A class as a control class and 5 B as a experiment class. Sample is taken by simple random sampling technique. Data collection method use a test to find out the result of cognitive competency and observation to know the result of psychomotor and affective competency. The analysis of data obtain z value of cognitive competency is 4,212, z value of psychomotor is 6,932l, z value of affective is 5,850 which is larger than critical z value (1,645). This suggests that cognitive, psychomotor, and affective competency of experimental class is higher than control class. Keywords : Genius Learning Strategy, Student’s learning results, Science
