- ABSTRACT There many problems in the semester final examination (UAS) that happened to the student of S-1 PGSD Program. It was administration problem that caused the result of the achievement students can be processed in 2009.1 registration. It was caused by the performance of supervisors can not do the task optimally. The aims of the research is to describe the : (a) performance of supervisor factors, (b) achievement of supervisors performance, (c) satisfaction of supervisor, (d) supervisor performance evaluation of semester final examination for S-1 PGSD Program in Kendal Regency in 2010.1 registration. The method of this research using direct survey by giving questionnaire to the respondents as sample. The samples of the research are 75 UAS supervisors from education staff and non-education staff taken randomly. The result of primary data is tabulated and analyzed descriptively to give the real result about the performance of UAS supervisor. The results showed that (a) The performance of supervisors determined by job status, gender, grade status, officer status, education, experience, undertaken training, (b) The performance of supervisors are good category with 17,30 score by 17-21 interval scale, (c) satisfaction of supervisors are satisfied with 17,70 score by 14-18 in interval scale, (d) supervisor performance evaluation of UAS 2010.1 gives a positive effect proved by decreasing errors in the writing student identity.
