- This paper coessentially discusses about the making and examination of RTV pole mounted type on electrical Supervisiory Cornball and Data Acquisition (SCADA). Which used to monitor and mamoeuvre air ventilation with 20 KV distribution tension. The making of this RIV includes the software as well as the hardware of RTV PM besides is examination facilities. the RTV PM hard ware uses 8031 micro controller and the of software uses ASM 51 assembler language whereas the examination tool uses Borland CIT Builder applying system operations Window 95 or Window 98. RTV PM has two control specifications as an output, two double statues, and eight single statue as its input. The function of RTV PM cover control function, acquisition contro!, polling function, and time synchronization function. Keywords: SCA DA. RTV PM, micro controller.
