- The effect of technology development, especial automotive, is very significant to our surrounding, especially air pollution in urban areas. It is caused by the increase of vehicles producing CO gas out of their mufflers. This research, which took l 300 Mitsubishi diesel cars as its samples, proves that diesel ji1el has significant contribution to air pollution. It is showed by the percentage of diesel fuel has air mixture on the CO gas emission and machine torsion. The ideal mixture is the percentage mixture of diesel fuel 90% and the air 10%.
