- Designed of Adaptive Control system so that can adapt environmentally its, that is adapt with the existence of environment change causing change of plant parameters. Existence of the adaptation mechanism cause the control system can overcome the existence of param eters change of exist inplant. This research to implementation of the Diophantine equations in the adaptive control system with the scheme Self-Tuning Regulator (STR) model. Plant which at this research is plant order two.This research is done converting function displace the plant from form of system continuous become the form of discrete system, then done control by a process estimation parameters with RLS algorithm, later on designed its controller by using Diophantin equations with the algorithm MDPP ,( minimum of degree of pole placement) . The implementation from this research is an simulation program by Matlab version 7.04 and simulink version 4.1. Simulation result indicate that the controller yielded with the implementation of Diophantin equation can improve the performance of system plant with no overshoot as well as taking a short cut settling time.
