- The purpose of this study is to analyze significant influence of personality and ability variables on workers motivation to work. The alibilty variable has dominant influence on the motivation, and it is the fact that motivation variable has significant influence on workers performance of Hotel Ina Garuda Yogyakarta. The type of data used are primary. Samples used are some workers of Hotel lna Garuda Yogyakarta as many as one hundret respondents. The result show that all variable simultaneously has influence on the motivation of the workers to work. Keywords:Ability,Personaly,Motivation, and Working performance
