- The layout of facilities (FLP) in a location of the building was an alternative election to the position or the facilities composition that most efficient and effective. In other words FLP was seek the composition good facilities in the area that has been available. In designing FLP, many matters that must be considered where the production factor covered: human kind, the machine, energy, capital, information and main source nature was managed with for a long time in a production system for produced a product or the service on effective, efficient and safe. This research studied some process is increase optimasi of FLP through the approach was based on the computation program. The first matter that was done was decisive the value of nearness relations (closeness relationship value) between respectively the facilities couple where this value was looked for with process system planning fuzzy.
