- The restructuring mechanism ofNon-Performing Finance in Sharia Bank andSharia Business Units happened with some threats. The result ofthis research shows that including Non-PerformingFinance are the financing that in application the customer cannot fill Sharia Bank expectations, i.e. the financing less smooth, doubtful, and out oforder. The restructuring of Non-Performing Finance can be done by rescheduling; reconditioning; and restructuring. The threat ofrestructuring process are internal threat, e.g. character ofcustomer, customer capacity, capital, and also collateral; and external threat, like banking policy that always be change.Keywords: sharia bank, sharia business units
