- This article is dealing with the so-called academic draft. An academic draft is a preliminary draft covering concepts, contents, theories, method of research, tentative legal drafting, reference of scientific publications, etc. In relation to the curriculum of n law faculty, academic draft as well as legal drafting belong to Constitutional Law, specifically: legal technique. A student of a law faculty as well as practicing lawyer are deemed to master the know how and know why of academic draft (and legal drafting), especially those intending to develop future carrier in legislative area.
