- The socialization that is conducted in relation to the election of village chairman has not yielded significant result in embodiing the democracy in society. In the formation stage of candidacy committee and the performance of village chairman election has not described the democracy, because in the formation, it uses a pointing way by the subdisctrict head or the committee leader Viewed from the concept of Undang-undang No. 22 tahun 1999, by playing a role as Badan Perwakilan Desa (The Representative body of Village) as the legislative body in the village level, so it will reduce the villlagers' dissatisfaction.
