- Al mudaraba is an agreement between two parties where the first party (Shahibul maul) provides all the capital, while the other party (mudharib) become managers, business profits are divided in the form of a percentage (ratio) according to the agreement, whereas if the loss is borne by capital owners during the loss not due to negligence of the manager, if the loss was caused by the negligence of the manager then the manager should be responsible for the losses.
